Today we are asking Congress to extend the enhanced Affordable Care Act (ACA) premium tax credits. These credits help many Americans afford health insurance by lowering premiums, but they will expire at the end of 2025. If Congress doesn’t act, many could face higher premiums and lose coverage, delaying or skipping necessary care.
