Remote work environment

PAN embraces a remote-first workplace, building a team of employees who are committed to integrity, collaboration, and excellence in their work. Remote work fosters an environment of work-life balance and accessibility, while our teams remain available and accountable to each other. PAN Foundation headquarters are based in Washington, DC, and some positions may require a portion of in-office work; this will be stated in the job description, if applicable.

Hiring process

Our hiring process is designed for individuals who are dedicated and driven to making a difference. Some processes may vary depending on job function, but overall, you can expect the following steps when you consider a career with us:

  • Applying. Search for open positions and apply online for those that align with your skills, experience and career goals.
  • Screening. We will review your application and reach out for an initial conversation if your skills and experience match the hiring criteria on the job description. (i.e. location).
  • Interviewing. You will have a chance to meet with the hiring manager, and other potential colleagues, virtually during the interview process. This step is crucial to ensuring that both you and PAN find the best possible match.
  • Notifying. You will be notified about the hiring team’s decision. If an offer is extended, we will explain the details so you can make a fully informed decision.
  • Onboarding. Once you accept our offer, you will be guided through all the next steps. We want to make sure you have everything you need to begin your journey at PAN.
