PAN’s leadership team is a group of dedicated professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise in healthcare and program delivery, organizational financial management, compliance, fundraising, advocacy and public policy, health equity, information technology, and more. They share the goal of improving healthcare access and affordability for underserved communities. Together, this dynamic team works tirelessly to advance the organization’s vision of a healthier and more equitable nation.
We believe that rigorous compliance and ethical behavior are essential to safeguarding trust with our patients, healthcare providers, and donors. As part of our organizational commitment to operating in a compliant and ethical manner, PAN maintains a rigorous Compliance Program with independent monitoring and oversight.
PAN’s Compliance Program is overseen by the Board of Directors’ Audit, Risk Oversight, and Compliance Committee and implemented by PAN’s Compliance Office, led by a Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer.
