Beginning June 26 at 5:30pm ET, PAN’s call center and portals will be closed as we transition to the new unified TotalAssist program. We encourage you to complete any enrollments, grant management tasks, or time-sensitive claim submissions prior to June 26. Our new call center and TotalAssist portals will be available again starting July 1 at 8:30am ET. All active and recently expired (January 1, 2026, or later) PAN legacy grant information will be available again on July 1 via the TotalAssist portal. The new portal can be found at TotalAssist.org. The call center can be reached by calling toll free, 866-512-3861.

About the disease
Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) is a serious liver condition that develops when there is a buildup of fat in the liver that causes inflammation. MASH was previously known as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
