About the disease

Macular diseases are eye diseases that cause vision loss. They are chronic diseases that affect the nervous system. Subtypes include age-related macular degeneration (all subtypes), macular edema, Stargardt disease, cystoid macular degeneration, drusen of macula, puckering of macula, and vitreomacular adhesion.

Visit panapply.org and either login with your existing portal information or create your new account. Patients and caregivers, as well as healthcare professionals, can create accounts and apply online.
