Beginning June 26 at 5:30pm ET, PAN’s call center and portals will be closed as we transition to the new unified TotalAssist program. We encourage you to complete any enrollments, grant management tasks, or time-sensitive claim submissions prior to June 26. (Note, our contact center will also be closed on Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.)
