Call us for the fastest and most personalized help. We are not able to call you directly in response to your inquiry from the website. To protect your privacy and security, PAN cannot share any personal information about financial assistance by email, including about applying for grants or help with our online portal.
Healthcare professionals: You can also use the secure messaging feature in the PAN portal. We respond to all secure portal messages within 1-3 business days.
Call us to talk to an interpreter in your language: 1-866-316-7263, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET. At the first recorded menu, select the option for another language. You will be connected to an interpreter who will help with your call.

Find your disease fund in our up-to-date list. Check the fund’s list of covered medications, check your income eligibility, and use the interactive checklist to see if you might be eligible for that fund. If you need more help, call us at 1-866-316-7263, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, to talk to PAN representatives. In your PAN portal account you can check the status of funds, look up if your medication is covered, and apply online from within your portal account. Log in to your existing account or create a new account quickly and easily at panapply.org.

If you have been asked to verify your income and/or your health insurance premium, to complete your grant application, you can submit documents through our secure online form. You can also mail or fax documents.

If you have been awarded a PAN transportation grant, you will receive a PAN debit card to use for covered expenses. You must activate your card before you can begin using it: Activate your debit card.

Compliance hotline
A confidential compliance hotline is available for individuals to report fraud, waste or abuse concerns and issues anonymously. Please include the PAN Foundation as the company name with your report.
