Niles and Jones have been integral members of the PAN Foundation leadership team and these new roles include expanding portfolios and leadership for the organization.

“These two new positions will enable the PAN Foundation to continue to grow and evolve, providing the same dedicated services we are known for, while allowing us to expand and develop new initiatives to serve even more patients. I could not imagine two better-suited people to lead our organization into its next chapter,” said President and CEO Kevin L. Hagan. “Amy and Jeanine have been essential to PAN’s impact and growth, and I look forward to seeing them succeed in these new roles.”

As Chief Mission Officer, Niles will oversee education, program development, and clinical affairs. She will also continue to oversee advocacy strategy, external relations, and marketing and communications, which she has led for more than 10 years. As a result of her leadership and proactive analysis of the legislative and regulatory environment, external stakeholders and policymakers have come to view PAN as a thought leader and “go-to” resource on key healthcare access and affordability issues.

“I’m honored and grateful to take on this new role and look forward to serving even more patients and healthcare professionals through advocacy and education,” Niles said. “We will continue to serve as a critical safety net and ensure that patients are equipped to navigate our complex healthcare system, while urging lawmakers to increase equitable access for all.”

As Chief Experience Officer, Jones will lead operations, human resources, training, and the contact center, with a focus internally on PAN staff experiences and externally on ensuring that the patient experience meets the best-in-class standards the organization demands. Jones will draw on her more than 20 years of experience leading all facets of human resources and operations management.

“I have been impressed since I joined the organization at the way the entire PAN team lives out our values, treating our patients like loved ones and ensuring that every voice is heard,” Jones said. “I look forward to stepping into this new role to make sure that every member of the PAN family has the experience they deserve.”
