Historically, senior voters have been a critical voting bloc in presidential elections. As we enter an unpredictable election cycle, the PAN Foundation conducted a monthly survey between August to October 2020 to understand the issues of most importance as senior voters cast their ballots and to assess their support for an annual cap and a smoothing mechanism for out-of-pocket prescription medication costs.
