Tiera has been with the PAN patient support services team since 2017 and has held roles as a Patient Support Specialist, Senior Patient Support Specialist, and Team Lead. She has a vast understanding of PAN’s operational processes and multiple departments. As the Workforce Analyst, Tiera is responsible for supporting all workforce management tasks within the department, including scheduling activities for the patient support services team, and supporting data upkeep for the contact center and performance of the patient support specialists.
Tiera has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology from Hampton University. Prior to PAN, Tiera worked at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) studying cancer research. She has a published article in the Journal of Cell Biology of her research findings titled, ‘Receptor tyrosine kinase activation of RhoA is mediated by AKT phosphorylation of DLC1’.
