Shelley started with PAN in 2018 in the patient support services claims department. Shelley gained a wealth of claims knowledge and skills in many departments and was promoted to a senior training associate. In this role, Shelley successfully trained new hire classes and played an instrumental role in training efforts during high call volume periods. As a training specialist, Shelley continues to find ways to improve quality and efficiency, while supporting new hires and tenured staff with upskill training. Prior to working with PAN, she worked for a data protection and records management organization as an account manager. She supported companies with their records retention policies and release of medical records.
