Leona started with PAN in April 2019 as an Operations Supervisor for the Patient Support Services department. Leona was born in Brazil and worked as a high school principal before moving to the US. She started her career working in the healthcare industry with Generali USA as an Operations Manager, helping patients from all over the world.
