Tiffany works closely with the Vice President and Senior Director of Patient Support Services and the Senior Director of Human Resources to help identify training and development needs for PAN staff. She oversees all aspects of learning and development, including needs assessment, content design, program management, delivery, knowledge management and continuous improvement. Tiffany has 19 years of experience in domestic and international training in customer service, healthcare, and the life science space.
