Siavash Ghaemi

Business Analyst

Siavash Ghaemi joined the PAN Call Center in 2017 as a Program Representative and has since been promoted to Supervisor and to Business Analyst. In this role, he works closely with workforce management, quality assurance, data analysis, and finance teams to produce and analyze reports, automate processes, and increase efficiency. He also works with our IT teams to identify potential defects and define requirements for software development to inform key business decisions, improve user experience, and optimize processes.
