Scott Schlenoff

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Schlenoff has dedicated his professional career to healthcare and helping others, with more than 25 years of financial management. As PAN’s Chief Financial Officer, he manages and oversees all aspects of the organization’s finances, from budget preparation to investment oversight, payroll, and all treasury functions. He uses his strong analytical skills and financial management experience to ensure that PAN can continue helping hundreds of thousands of patients each year.

He prides himself on ensuring strong internal controls and finding opportunities to insert efficiencies into existing processes, like using his Excel expertise to automate error-prone manual processes.

He has previously served as PAN’s Controller. Prior to joining the PAN team, Scott worked at Cystic Fibrosis Services, Inc., where he served as Controller and oversaw and managed all financial aspects of the organization.

Scott is a Certified Public Accountant who received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park.

I’ve seen patients forced to choose between paying for their lifesaving medication or their groceries too many times. There is something fundamentally wrong with that. At the end of the day, PAN’s ‘bottom line’ represents patients and all the families we help. It’s not about stock price, shareholders, or earnings. What greater motivation is there?
