Nancy McGee, JD, MPH, DrPH, is senior healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience providing leadership and guidance to organizations to help them achieve goals related to providing patients access to innovative, lifesaving and prolonging, products and services. She currently serves as a Principal in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice of Heidrick & Struggles, where she works with companies to create executive teams that allow leaders to grow and demonstrate their unique talents. Dr. McGee is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Public Health Leadership Program at UNC Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Global Public Health. Previously, she was Executive Vice President at Avalere Health. Dr. McGee earned her DrPH from the University of North Carolina, her MPH from Columbia University, and her JD from Hamline University. She is a Board Member of the Public Health Foundation, UNC Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health and an Alumni Board Member with Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health.
