Nafissa has been with PAN since December 2017 and served as the claims department team lead since 2019. Prior to working with PAN, she worked for a travel emergency assistance program as a care manager to assist members with their medical needs while travelling. Joining PAN has helped her better understand and acknowledge everyday how underinsured people are needing assistance with their out-of-pocket costs, and also how we can be the voice for them.
