Joel is responsible for assisting the CFO in all accounting matters, including financial statement preparation, report writing, revenue tracking, expense analysis and bill paying. He has over 15 years of experience in running and managing the operations of accounting departments in the nonprofit, technology, and newspaper industries. Prior to joining the PAN Foundation, Joel worked as a consultant, assisting organizations with refining their accounting department operations. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Northeastern Illinois University.
