James Ridley is a dynamic healthcare professional who brings a wealth of experience to his role at PAN. Before joining the team, he spent several years as a Pharmacist for the Department of Defense, where he gained valuable experience in medication management and patient care. Additionally, James serves as a faculty member at Walden University School of Nursing and founded JJRx Health Consultancy.
Throughout his career, James has been passionate about using his skills to make a positive impact on people’s lives. He started his career in retail pharmacy management, where he developed his leadership skills and discovered his love for directly impacting patients and the medical profession.
James stays up-to-date on the latest medical therapies and believes in providing access to underserved populations. He believes that it is essential to support the demand for pharmaceutical assistance for a broader range of disorders, disabilities, and maladies. James leverages his clinical practice and therapeutic expertise to provide actionable, data-driven insights.
Originally from Suffolk, Virginia, James earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Hampton University in 2016 and is a licensed pharmacist with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy. In his free time, he enjoys taking long nature walks in the DMV area, cooking, and volunteering through his church and fraternity.
