In her role as Recruiter, Inga assists hiring managers throughout the organization with finding the perfect fit for all positions both internal and external to meet the needs of PAN’s growing work force.
Prior to joining the PAN Foundation, Inga worked as a Staffing Specialist for a public school system and was responsible for all onboarding functions for new hires. She has decades of experience in providing customer service in all venues from retail, to small and larger organizations-both private and public.
Inga has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. Inga lives in Fredericksburg, VA with her husband Allan, three children, and two dogs. She enjoys journaling, helping others to organize physical spaces, and collecting and sharing inspiration quotes.
