Del plays a key role in helping to streamline and document HR processes, maintaining data integrity, and serving as a trusted advisor for managers on day-to-day processes.
Prior to joining the PAN Foundation, Del was the Assistant Director of HR Operations at Stafford County Public Schools, where she led a team to oversee the design, maintenance and operation of all human resource information systems. Del was also responsible for implementing processes related to employee onboarding, employee relations, data integrity and compliance. Del was instrumental in creating metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of training and development efforts for over 4000 employees, including the launch of a new employee centric learning management system.
Prior to her role at Stafford County Public Schools, Del has a proven track record of success in all the roles she held at the American Diabetes Association. She was instrumental in creating and operationalizing HR policies and processes to create efficiencies across ADA, while delivering exceptional customer service. She also played a key role in partnering with leaders across the organization to foster employee engagement and to provide continuous process improvements by identifying operational challenges/opportunities and developing efficient workflow solutions.
Del holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University. Del resides in Stafford, VA with her husband, two sons and an adorable golden doodle. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and is a diehard Washington sports fan.
