Dalia Kacenauskaite has been a leader of the PAN Call Center Operations Team since 2017. She has a strong focus on quality, team development, and continuous process improvement. In her current role as Senior Director of Patient Support Services, Dalia leads the operations of our call center and the staff that supports all patients, caregivers, providers, and pharmacies that interact with PAN. Dalia has more than 15 years of customer service experience working within the call center industry. Prior to joining PAN, Dalia lead teams at Transcom, Delta Airlines, and UPS logistics.
