Carlos works closely with the Director of IT to oversee PAN’s IT assets, including managing hardware, equipment distribution, and monitor assets life cycle. He collaborates with each department at PAN to implement and improve business processes. Prior to joining PAN, he worked for World Bank as an IT coordinator, where he spearheaded assets deployment and asset tracking. Carlos has a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems from George Mason University.
