As a leading charitable foundation and healthcare advocacy organization, the PAN Foundation provides financial assistance to help people afford their out-of-pocket treatment costs or insurance premiums. We serve as a critical safety net for people who are living with chronic and rare diseases who need help affording their treatments.
We offer financial assistance for over 80 disease states, including over 25 chronic diseases, over 20 rare diseases, and over 20 types of cancer. Eligibility requirements and the amount of assistance you receive vary by disease fund, but each grant is offered for a 12-month period—in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and government guidelines.

Philadelphia chromosome negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN)
Philadelphia chromosome negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) is a cancer associated with increased production of blood cells that affects the circulatory system. Eligible patients can receive up to $3,800 per year in financial assistance for their out-of-pocket deductible, copay, and coinsurance costs.
Pulmonary hypertension (PH)
Pulmonary hypertension (PH), also known as pulmonary arterial hypertension, is a type of high blood pressure that affects arteries in the lungs and heart. It is a rare disease that affects the circulatory system. Eligible patients can receive up to $3,800 per year in financial assistance for their out-of-pocket deductible, copay, and coinsurance costs.
Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia (WM)
Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia (WM), also known as lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, is a type of blood cancer that originates in the lymphatic system and is characterized by an excess of abnormal white blood cells and proteins called immunoglobulins. WM is a subtype of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and affects the circulatory system. Eligible patients can receive up to $3,800 per year in financial assistance for their out-of-pocket deductible, copay, and coinsurance costs.
