Footprints in the Sky provides flights for patients to medical facilities who are in need of routine, critical or life-saving care and cannot use commercial airline service or other means of transportation because of financial constraints and medical issues.

Grace on Wings donates all our professional services (pilots, medical staff, and medical supplies) to serve families at about 1/3 of the average cost of other air medical transport services.

Hero Miles provides round-trip airline tickets to wounded, injured, and ill service members and/or their families who are undergoing treatment at a military or VA medical center; or who are attending an authorized event.
