PAN provides comments on Medicare Prescription Payment Plan model documents

The PAN Foundation evaluated and provided comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P) model documents. M3P will be implemented January 1, 2025. Combined with the Medicare Part D cap of $2,000, a reform also being implemented January 1, 2025, these reforms have tremendous opportunity to improve the affordability of prescription medications for millions.
