FundFinder helps you quickly find financial assistance from charitable foundations.

  • We often hear from patients and providers that it’s difficult to track whether a patient assistance program is available. Developed by the PAN Foundation, FundFinder is a free resource that provides this information in one place and notifies you when a disease fund opens at any of the charitable patient assistance foundations.

  • The PAN Foundation created FundFinder by pulling in information about each disease program’s status from the websites of charitable foundations. In addition to the PAN Foundation, FundFinder tracks information from the following organization’s websites:

    • The Assistance Fund
    • CancerCare
    • Good Days
    • HealthWell
    • Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
    • National Organization for Rare Disorders
    • Patient Advocate Foundation
    • Patient Services, Inc.
  • Anyone interested in learning about the status of disease funds can use FundFinder.

  • No. FundFinder notifications are purely informational and do not guarantee assistance. All assistance is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to each foundation’s criteria.

  • When you follow a disease fund, you will receive notifications each time a foundation program transitions from a closed to open status.

For example, if an assistance program is closed at all charitable foundations, subscribers will receive a notification when that program opens at one of the foundations. Subscribers will also receive notifications for each additional foundation program opening.

  • No personal health information is required to search for patient assistance with FundFinder. Additionally, FundFinder does not request or record any personal health information from users at any point throughout the app.

  • If you have questions on how to use FundFinder, please email us at fundfinder@panfoundation.org. For questions about program eligibility, please contact the specific foundation.
