Thomas works closely with the CEO to implement PAN’s comprehensive compliance program. He has been providing compliance program direction and related services to healthcare organizations for over ten years. Thomas previously held various positions in the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General (OIG) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and served as an Administrative Law Judge on the DHHS Medicare Appeals Council. Thomas received his law degree from the National Law Center at George Washington University.
