Shanika is a member of the training team and is primarily responsible for developing and delivering IT related training programs. She began her 17 year learning and development career providing services to large corporations such as Verizon and Hewlett Packard and has spent the last 7 years in the nonprofit healthcare sector. Shanika uses her passion for training to deliver a variety of topics, including software systems, leadership development, team building, customer service, sales, employee empowerment and more.
