Rich Citrenbaum has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. He spent the last 10 years developing operational strategies and leading highly effective healthcare call center teams, including those for healthcare foundations. He has extensive experience in overseeing operations, quality, training, business strategy, business analytics, and IT functions relating to FDA and OIG regulated patient support programs. Prior to joining PAN, he worked for Eli Lilly and Company and Johnson & Johnson. Rich has a background as a registered pharmacist. He graduated from Rutgers College of Pharmacy in 1992.
