Rich Citrenbaum is a strategic thinker with more than 25 years of experience leading and developing teams within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. As PAN’s Vice President of Operations, he leads the organization’s contact center, which includes teams of Patient Support Specialists that work directly with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Drawing on his background as a registered pharmacist, he also leads a PAN’s Clinical Affairs team who review, manage, and maintain PAN’s disease funds and formularies according to industry regulations and guidelines.
Rich has worked at PAN since 2021, developing operational strategies and leading highly effective teams that maintain world class customer satisfaction ratings and net promoter scores. He is passionate about developing people and putting patients first, always prioritizing the highest levels of empathy, kindness, and care.
Rich has extensive experience in overseeing operations, business strategy, business analytics, and IT functions in healthcare regulated patient support programs.
Prior to joining PAN, he worked for Eli Lilly and Company and Johnson & Johnson. He graduated from Rutgers College of Pharmacy in 1992.
