McKaylah works closely with the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to support project planning and implementation of organizational strategic initiatives. Prior to joining the PAN Foundation, McKaylah worked as a registered nurse and has experience with a breadth of patient populations and healthcare settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology, a Bachelor of Nursing degree, and a master’s degree in business administration.
