Lakshmi Amirineni

Operations Manager

Lakshmi Amirineni joined the PAN Call Center in 2017 as a Program Representative and has since been promoted to Team Lead, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, and now Operations Manager. In her current role, Lakshmi oversees specialized areas of the call center, such as those teams that support claims, specialized grant processes, and portal support. She is proactive and concentrates on efficiency and process improvements to help the call center optimize multiple processes to save costs.
