Kishore Balasubramanya

Chief Technology Officer

Kishore Balasubramanya serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the PAN Foundation, leading the organization’s technology strategy to support the patient journey and for new patient-facing initiatives.

Kishore has more than 15 years of experience in strategic engineering, developing software solutions, and solving healthcare IT challenges, across the healthcare sector.

He previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Global Healthcare Exchange and as Chief Technology Officer for the Syft division, a healthcare solutions provider where he led a team of 100 professionals responsible for developing software solutions to help U.S. hospitals and health systems optimize the healthcare supply chain. Prior to Syft, he co-founded AtPar, Inc., a software company that designed and implemented healthcare supply chain automation tools. He has also served as a software consultant for companies like Makro Technologies, Oracle, and DataSoft Technologies.

He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Gulbarga University in Karnataka, India.
