Kevin Birdsong is the Training Manager for the PAN Foundation, directly overseeing a team responsible for the creation of training materials and strategies designed to assist in the development of PAN employees. Kevin has been in training and development for more than 20 years, with more than 12 years in the healthcare industry. In addition to healthcare, Kevin has also provided learning solutions for organizations in hospitality and higher education. Since arriving at PAN, Kevin has created an effective and comprehensive training program for the call center, including areas involving quality and compliance. Kevin and his team often utilize cutting-edge technologies in the classroom to lessen the complexities of distance learning, while maximizing engagement with the learners.
