Hayden Jordan serves as Vice President of Transformation. He leads the design and implementation of the organization’s strategic initiatives focusing on enhancing PAN’s mission in expanding access to healthcare.
Hayden brings years of healthcare industry experience in driving wellness through operational strategy with an emphasis on operational efficiency and quality outcomes. In 2022, he was recognized by Aging Media as part of its Future Healthcare Leaders Class, which recognizes 40 exceptional leaders under 40 from across the care continuum who are making a push to define the future of aging in the United States.
Prior to joining the PAN Foundation, Hayden spent several years developing Pruitt Health’s palliative care program where he built care delivery models across the southeast region. He was responsible for the development of all clinical care teams and oversight of service line operations, as well as leading the go-live pilots in 17 markets across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. His efforts led to the development of the largest community-based palliative care program in the state of Georgia, serving patients with serious illnesses and chronic diseases.
Hayden is passionate about solving problems in the ever-changing healthcare ecosystem to enhance patient experience and quality outcomes, irrespective of a patient’s ability to access healthcare.
Hayden holds two master’s degrees in business administration and health administration from Georgia State University as well as an undergraduate degree in economics from Florida State University.
