Help.4.Hep is a free nationwide telephone helpline run by a partnership of four nationally recognized consumer-run non-profit agencies. The helpline is staffed by peer counselors for individuals seeking assistance in navigating the complexities of hepatitis C screening, diagnosis, medical evaluation, payment assistance, and treatment. The helpline’s goal is to provide accessible, consistent, quality peer-based services to:

  • » Help callers progress through a continuum of care that improves their health outcomes.
  • » Facilitate access to quality medical care, including testing.
  • » Help callers with access to patient assistance programs that provide help with payment for treatment and drugs.
  • » Meet other diverse needs of people affected by Hepatitis C.
