The Hepatitis Foundation International is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization established in 1994 working to eradicate hepatitis for 400 million people globally. The Foundation is dedicated to increasing and promoting health and wellness, as well as reducing the incidence of preventable liver-related chronic diseases and lifestyles that negatively impact the liver. Some of these diseases include: hepatitis, fatty liver disease, liver cancer, HIV/AIDS, obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. The health issues addressed are harm reduction, stigma, and substance abuse. The Hepatitis Foundation International implements its mission through the initiatives to educate, prevent, serve, support and reach over 5 million patients and health care professionals annually through our public and private partnerships.
